Queen Elizabeth Queen Mother Hospital, Margate

Design of infrastructure for this 15 block essential worker housing development and design of M & E services and Part L compliance check for the three-storey type “B” blocks accommodating 24 residents each. Works completed in two phases for Osborne Homes under Procure 21.

Private House, Chichester

Contemporary, timber clad marine residence for a private client. The house is highly insulated and is heated by a ground source heat pump, supplemented by a gas fired boiler. Pope Consulting undertook thermal dynamic modelling and designed M & E services.

63 Holland Road, Hove

The design of all M & E services for this prestigious Code for Sustainable Homes Level 3 development in the heart of Hove. Designed by architects Felce and Guy Partnership, the building has photovoltaic panels to help reduce carbon emissions.

The Clock House, Graylingwell Park, Chichester

Five new dwellings in the former hospital Administration building, designed by Gillespie Yunnie Architects with detailing by HNW Architects for Linden Homes. The site is LZC and buildings are served by a low carbon energy centre and district heating.

Beach Hotel Development, Worthing

Design of M & E services for new £8m Premier Inn 81 bed hotel together with 44 seafront sustainable flats designed to Code for Sustainable Homes Level 3 on the site of the old Beach Hotel, Worthing. Opened December 2015.

Emmanuel Court, Worthing

16 Flats designed to Code for Sustainable Homes Level 3 for Globe Estates (Southern) Ltd on behalf of Worthing Homes.

Latitude Walk, Ashford

M & E design, dynamic thermal modelling, Part L compliance and daylight assessment for 48 dwellings for Osborne Homes, constructed for Affinity Sutton and Moat.

The project was opened in July 2010.

80 flats, restaurants and retail units retaining original façade.

Fenchurch Mansions, Worthing

Private development of 40 flats at Cross Street and Victoria Road, Worthing. Design of all M & E services and negotiation with utilities.

William Cawley Mews, Chichester – Phases 1 & 2

A mixed, private development of houses, flats and duplexes overlooking Oaklands Park and the Chichester Festival Theatre.

Housing Accessibility, Poole

Mechanical and electrical adaptation works on a domestic property in Poole to give better accessibility and improved living conditions for the homeowner. New features such as motorised blinds and doors, new heating controls and a nurse call system, together with other mechanical and electrical works assist the client's independence in his own home.
