New secondary special school for 240 pupils with complete range of specialist facilities. Pope Consulting was commissioned by West Sussex County Council as Employers Agents to specify Employers Requirements for the Mechanical, Electrical, Lifts and Hydrotherapy Pool Services and to monitor and approve contractor’s design/build proposals.
