Bettridge Special School, Cheltenham
M & E design for new 100 place special needs school for Gloucestershire County Council. The building, designed by Hunters, has been fully modelled on IES Dynamic Simulation software and is naturally ventilated with a biomass boiler as the main heat source. The building has solar collectors and is fully sprinklered. Pope Consulting advised on the warm water pool. Opened Jan 2010
